A new release of qamkmf is available. Get it from SCM as revision 4. I fixed a bug when creating the list of include directories and have also removed the hardwired forchk flags. Flags for the forchk command can now be given to the run_forchk script, e.g. ./run_forchk -f95 -ff David

I have changed the script so it doesn't put the include files into the files to be processed by FORCHECK. To get this version check out revision 3 from SCM.
