Minor bug fix in the C interface, eggboxC example (courtesy of Kennet Harpsøe). Script for build through CMake included (courtesy of Brian Kloppenborg). Additional void pointers are now being passed to loglike, dumper & nestrun routines which are not used by MultiNest but can be used by users to pass on any additional information/routines.
