We are making progress with the free energy setup script (currently called simsetup).  The code for the complex setup has been incorporated from Julien Michel's script collection.  We will still have to improve the current functionality, error detection, unit testing (none yet available), etc..  One functionality that is still sorely missing is how to restart a failed run.  This is complicated by the fact that actual communication is done through files.

A new project for CCP-BioSim was started on 2nd February 2012.
