The ABMES wiki pages

The Agent Based Microbial Ecology Simulator (ABMES) project is an open project with the aim of developing a framework for simulation interacting microbes and their chemical environment. Our eventual aim is to develop models for growth of single and then multiple species of rumen bacteria in batch culture, then later to expand to modelling larger parts of the rumen system. Unlike many of the open source projects this is also and open science project, hence development of the code progresses with development of our understanding of the system we are modelling. Both are represented here on the abmes pages.
